Making Fitness FUN

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the challenge. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and constantly adapting my program to the needs of my new clients.

Look Good, Feel Good

A unique program I’ve developed to combine two of my favourites; walking in the early mornings for ‘me time’ and being outside to enjoy nature. This program is for community members wanting to be active but not committed to classes. It’s a drop-in, come as you please. I do recommend keeping track of your individual process as we set group km’s goals.

She really knows how to push you so you succeed. When I started the program I could only 10 second plank and at the end I did it for 1 minute. Also jumping jacks were hard for me, but I pushed through and did it! Can't wait for the next session to help me further my goals. It gave me confidence booster I needed. I thoroughly enjoyed the class and the ladies in it.
